At Blue Crab Medical Transport, we are always seeking dedicated, professional, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team. As a Maryland-based commercial ambulance service, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality Basic Life Support care during patient transports
• Safely operating ambulance units in accordance with company policy and Maryland regulations
• Accurate completion of patient care and transport documentation
• Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and a clean, professional work environment
• Upholding all MIEMSS protocols and company SOPs

Requirements:

• Current Maryland EMT certification
• Valid Maryland driver’s license with a clean driving record (Preferred but not required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include:

• Safe and efficient operation of ambulance vehicles
• Assisting EMTs with patient loading, unloading, and basic patient care
• Vehicle inspections, cleaning, and restocking
• Professional interaction with patients, families, facilities, and staff

Requirements:

• Valid Maryland driver’s license (non-CDL)
• Clean driving record
• EVOC or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift and move patients with assistance

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and processing transport requests
• Coordinating unit assignments and managing call flow
• Communicating clearly with field crews and facilities
• Ensuring accurate call documentation and compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Prior EMS or medical dispatch experience preferred (but not required)
