Basic Life Support (BLS) Transport
We specialize in Basic Life Support (BLS) transport for patients who are medically stable but require professional medical supervision during transport. All BLS transports are staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) trained to monitor patient condition, assist with mobility, manage oxygen therapy, and provide continuous care throughout the transport process.
BLS transport is commonly used for:
- Hospital discharges and admissions
- Interfacility transfers
- Nursing home and rehabilitation center transports
- Dialysis and recurring medical appointments
- Stretcher and wheelchair transports where a private vehicle is not appropriate

Facility & Interfacility Transfers

Our EMTs remain on location, fully equipped and prepared to respond immediately should medical care be needed. Standbys offer organizers and families peace of mind, knowing professional medical support is present at all times.
Wait-and-Return Services
In situations where a patient requires transportation to an appointment or event and return service afterward, we offer wait-and-return care. During this time, our crew remains with the patient, maintaining responsibility, oversight, and readiness until transport resumes. This ensures continuity of care and eliminates gaps in supervision.
Lift Assists
We provide lift assist services for patients who need help safely moving due to limited mobility or physical condition. Our trained personnel use proper techniques and equipment to reduce the risk of injury to patients, caregivers, and family members. Lift assists focus solely on safe patient movement and do not include transport unless otherwise scheduled.
